On the Nort, nearest to the Tinton village the Lentone Hotel and the Red Lion were erected. Crossing the road towards the south, the Lentone woods close to Lenton Lake have been chopped down, giving way to infrastructure. The Lentone Housing Estate is surrounded by entertainment such
as a sports centre, museum and west shopping centre.
