The process of recycling

is depicted in the figure, which generally involves disposing of bags and other smaller plastic
objects in landfills while
recycling bigger plastic
goods like bottles. The recycling procedure for the collected plastic
waste is described in the following paragraphs.
The recyclable plastic
trash is first sent to a sorting facility. Before being temporarily kept at the facility's warehouse until it is prepared to be transferred to the next step of the process, the plastic

by colour, shape, and size.
