Describe a foreigner who can speak Chinese very well

A person I would like to talk about is no more than one of my French foreign
friends
, and her name is Susan. Honestly, She is an amazing woman, cue she can speak

 fluently. Honestly, I do have a quite number of foreign
friends
, including French, Indian, American, and so on. But she is the only person who can talk to me in

. I still remember, about three years ago, I met her in a local public park in my hometown. After that, we became best
friends
, since we found that we have the same interests, like talking about culture around the world. Apart from that, we can become close

, as we can communicate with each other in

. Before, I asked her the reason why she can speak

 very well, because you know, learning

 is not an easy thing for most foreigners, can you imagine, that most

 words are complicated to understand for everyone? She told me a bit of effective methods for how she learns or remembers these things. 
Firstly
, before she came to China, she started to take part in some Elementary

 classes in French.
Secondly
, when she got to the elementary level of using

, she found a social worker job in China, so she could have more opportunities to chat with some local

 citizens.
Lastly
, after Her

 skills improved, she continued to find a new position, which was as a French teacher at a local university. Right now, she can speak

 just like a local person, she can even use some idioms that I do not know, so I am so proud of her since she shows a valuable personality trait, she does not give up.

To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format.
