Write a letter to your friend advising how to improve her eating habits and keep fit. Write your letter with 150 words.

Dear Zampa, I hope you are in sound health and doing well. I am writing
this
letter to you about how to improve your eating habits and keep yourself fit. As you know, we have been in a close relationship as friends for a long time. Recently, I observed that you have gained weight
that is
not standard compared to your age and height. Excessive weight always leads to some health-related issues like obesity, diabetes, etc. You can keep your health fit by doing some physical exercises, like jogging in the morning, and some free-hand exercises.
In addition
to that, you can follow the proper food chart,
such
as breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner, which must be done on time with nutritious foods. Apart from that, ensure that you are eating fruits on a daily basis,
as well as
milk and eggs. The most important thing is to ensure 8 hours of sound sleep every night. I truly believe that by following the above suggestions regarding physical exercise and food charts, you could change your eating habits
as well as
ensure a healthy body, which will give you more confidence from the inside. Yours truly, Faisal
