Education plays a pivotal role in everyone's life as it allows them to think independently, critically as well as creatively. Similarly, it is claimed that universities should embrace the idea of having the same number of men and women in their institutions. I partially agree with the notion which I will further explain in upcoming paragraphs.

Other people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people. To what extent do the advantages of having an aging population outweigh the disadvantages?
Many individuals consider that having an aging population is a challenging issue for governments due to wasted national budgets and the expectation for younger families to provide care for them. However, the existence of older people brings benefits such as inspiring younger people, and a large aging population proves the success of a country's prosperity. This essay will explore the benefits of a large number of unproductive ages in society but also explain the drawbacks of their existence, with examples and a rational conclusion.

As I have mentioned previously, in Colombia there are many courses or training which are related to ‘Public Health’. Nevertheless, there are no programs with a similar well-structured curriculum without offering core subjects with specializations to learn specific skills. It should be emphasized that the ‘Graduate Diploma in Public Health’ is balanced among social and behavioural factors, economic health characteristics, epidemiology, and health promotion.
