You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you return home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter Say where you think you left the paper Explain why they are so important Tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir/Madam, I attended the meeting that was held
this
afternoon at Moon Hotel. Unfortunately, I left some important papers in your hotel. I am writing
this
letter to ask for your help. Our table was reserved by Green Holding, there were seven of us and the table was by the bar, with a view of the lake. I remember I put these papers on the chair next to me when I was giving a presentation. So they are probably there. These papers were three copies of contracts that we recently signed with an abroad company. I am the holding’s lawyer and all these copies were in my documents which now are left in the hotel. I would highly appreciate it if you could find them and send them to my office which is located on Sun Street.
Moreover
, I could be contacted at
this
email address. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Sahebe Jalali
