There is no denying the fact that people often seek to expand their relationships and know new people. While it is a commonly held belief that many people judge quickly about a kind of person and if he is trustworthy or not. There is also an argument that opposes it. In my opinion, I consider that knowing the qualities and personalities of new people is a complex process and requires time so judging them quickly is unfair and bad behaviour.

I strongly agree with this notion as a proactive approach to keeping one self-fit will not only improve our immunity but also save our savings for treatment costs.
