Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Two maps compare today's outline of a town centre and its planned development.
Overall
, almost every part of the site will be changed and circled by a dual carriageway.
Firstly
, a way dedicated merely to pedestrians will replace the main road and the stores on the north side of the main road will be modified into a bus station, a shopping centre, a car park, and a new housing.
On the other hand
, there are several buildings whose locations will remain unchanged like the shops on the south part of the main road, the school, and the park.
Moreover
, the residencies will have minor alterations in terms of location. The first one which is currently located exactly in the south area of the shops will be moved to the southwest of the area and will align with the newly built housing facility which will be in the western region of the park,
while
the second one will be relocated to the east and precisely on the south side of the carriageway.
