The top northern half has not witnessed that many reconstructions, the most significant one being the removal of the industrial zone next to the lake in the pavement space, which was replaced with a new swimming pool. The two pools at the northwest angel were untouched,

At the southern end of the waterfront, there have been many new buildings brought up including the university on the left-hand side.Conveniently, it is accommodated by many trees and a footpath, replacing the previously main industrial domain.
