The diagram shows the process by which plastic is recycled. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features. Write at least 150 words.
The circular process of recycling
plastic
bottles
is illustrated in the given picture. On the whole, it can be clearly seen that there are nine phases, starting from throwing bottles
into the rubbish and ending with producing new recycled plastic
-based products.
Upon a detailed look, the plastic
waste in the rubbish is brought by trucks to a processing centre. In this
place, the waste is separated between adequate plastic
bottles
to be recycled and non-adequate. After being sorted, the bottles
are formed and compressed into blocks. Following
this
, the blocks are pulverized in the crusher machine and it becomes a fragment.
The small fragment is pulverized again in the plastic
pellets machine and the fragment is become even much smaller. This
more little plastic
fragments or so-called pellets are heated to form raw materials. Then
, raw materials are packed into boxes and the process ends when the raw materials are used to create a new product, such
as clothes, bags, pencils, and even other bottles
. However
, the new products can be recycled again when they are thrown into the right rubbish since this
is a circular process.Submitted by wiwinwindiahadi on
