Last
week was my first wedding anniversary . Since it luckily coincided with the World Cup's opening ceremony
, we decided to have our first lovely anniversary at the stadium watching the show.
The flight was supposed to depart at 2:00 p.m and land at 4:00 p.m . We had arranged everything to be on schedule. Even we invited some of our friends and booked a table at a cafe to have gathering after the ceremony
and make our night a special one.It is a shame that the agency
told us that the flight would be delayed for 4 hours.As a result
, everything was ruined,and we lost both ceremony
and the gathering with our friends.Thanks to your agency
,the memory we were supposed to make, got memorable in another way and we are deeply frustrated.
As a relief,I expect your agency
refund half of the tour price as well as
the money I had paid for tickets of the ceremony
