In terms of the logical structure, the letter could be improved by clearly separating the information into appropriate paragraphs. It's crucial that each paragraph has a clear purpose which eases the reader's understanding.

The greeting and closing could be made more formal to fit the nature of the request. Consider using "Dear Neighbor," followed by their last name, and concluding with "Best regards," or "Sincerely" to maintain a formal tone throughout.

While the letter does address the main tasks, provide additional details about the house care, such as watering plants and mentioning specific parcels or urgent letters if any. This ensures completeness in the response to the task.
