Many people who care for the elderly do not have enough time to look after them. What are the problems related to this? What are some possible solutions?

It is stated that those who are in charge of taking care of old
people
cannot find sufficient
time
to do it.
This
is the case for a number of reasons. In
this
essay, I will discuss the possible problems associated with
this
issue and put forward several solutions. First and foremost, everyone has a very busy lifestyle in the contemporary world as it is required to work long hours to meet your personal needs.
Apart from
this
, in many cases, workplaces are far away from your living place which means you have to spend more than an hour in commuting times.
Thus
, as is seen it is really difficult to find extra
time
to take care of the elderly and the situation is somehow understandable. To tackle the problem individuals can work from home as many online jobs are available for everyone. In
this
way, they can find extra
time
for both themselves and old
people
.
Secondly
, young
people
are almost lost in the complexity of the modern world.
That is
to say, to find a well-paid job
people
are required to have multitasking skills. What I mean by
this
is that graduating from a university is not enough to find a good job, so you need to have some other skills
such
as being computer literate or speaking a foreign language. In
this
case, it is almost impossible to find enough
time
for others, for the elderly as well.
This
is a really challenging situation and could only be solved by the government. The solution for the government is to take the elderly and those who are in charge of taking care of them into account
while
introducing new legislation.
This
somehow can alleviate the situation. Taking everything into consideration, ignorance of the elderly is undeniable
due to
personal needs and complexity of the modern life. To overcome
this
issue individuals can work from home and the government should never ignore the elderly
while
introducing new rules. It is
also
worth mentioning that unless
this
problem is addressed, it is highly probable that future generations will completely ignore the elderly.

supporting examples
Be sure to fully develop your main points with clear and detailed examples. While your essay addresses the topic, the examples provided do not sufficiently illustrate your arguments.
paragraph structure
In order to improve coherence, it is important that your essay has a logical flow of ideas. Use clear topic sentences and cohesive devices effectively to enhance the structure of your paragraphs.
task response
To achieve a complete response to the task, you should address all parts of the prompt in a balanced way. Ensure that both the problems and the solutions are equally developed in your essay.
introduction and conclusion
Your introduction and conclusion should be clear and well-developed. The introduction sets the stage for the rest of the essay, and the conclusion should effectively summarize the main points without introducing new information.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:

  • for instance
  • to illustrate this
  • to give a clear example
