The given diagram shows the process of brick manufacturing procedure for the building industry. The process includes seven steps to get the final product to be delivered.
Firstly
, as seen in the image clay is collected by a digger from the ground and a metal grid is used to drain and break it into small chunks. After those chunks are mixed with water and sand employees convert this
mixture to a brick shape using a mould or a wire cutter.
Thereafter
they dried those bricks
for one to two days in a drying oven and forwarded a moderate kiln which has 200-980 Celsius degrees temperature and 870-1300 Celsius high-temperature kiln respectively. Afterwards, burnt bricks
are kept in a cooling chamber for two to three days before bricks
are packed to be delivered.
