As per the insurance policy, I am entitled to receive coverage for the lost item. I want you to initiate the claim process at your earliest. There were a variety of valuable items that cost around $1100 including the luggage
bag itself solely.
I would greatly appreciate it if I could get my coverage check so that I can purchase the items and a new bag.
