The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparision where relevant
The change in road accessibility to a town hospital in 2007 and 2010 is portrayed through two maps. It contains a simple legend to add some details of information about the area,
such
as the compass, bus stop icon, and roundabout figure. People can see how the site has changed with the design facing upward. On the whole, the health centre still stood in the same place.
However
, there is a primary transformation of the shape of the hospital road.
Initially
, the ring and city street are interconnected by a simple straight way. In 2010, the shape has morphed into a rectangle, interspersed by two traffic circles. In the beginning, the hospital road has three bus docks on each side, six in total. On the right side, there was a car parking lot for its staff and clients. Three years later, the parking area was split into two points. Employee can park their vehicle at the same spot,
while
patients are able to leave and reach their cars close to the exit gate of the hospital.
Last
but not least, the bust pickup point has gone and relocated across the staff parking lot.
