The map below shows the changes that have taken palce at the waterfront area of a town calles Darwin between 2009 and 2014.

The maps illustrate the developments of Darwin, a waterfront city, from 2009 to 2014. Looking from an

overall

perspective, it is readily apparent that the district was modernised and made bigger with some residential facilities. In 5 years, it can be seen that a swimming pool, houses, a university building, and

also

a harbour were opened up

along with

trees planted. On the west and north sides of the field, there were parallel houses with a school, convention centre, swimming pool, and fishing place in the front, which was not changed. In the middle of the field, there was a space which is surrounded by a footpath. Inside, there was a lake, trees, and an industrial space. Only the industrial area was converted into a swimming pool. Looking at the south side of the layout, most of the industrial area was made into forests, and some others were redeveloped into three residential blocks, equipped with a new road, that ran from west to east.

At the end

of the new street, a new harbour was constructed.
