. There are nine main stages, beginning with getting the

from the tree and ending with putting them into jars. Having looked at the provided diagram for more details, it is obvious that in the first step, a sheet is spread on the ground, and the tree is shaken by special equipment to get the
cherries

Then

are collected and transported by trucks to the processing plant. The leaves and stems are removed. The

are washed with clean water, and the stone is taken out of the middle of the cherry by metal spikes. After that, the
