, there will be some changes in the transportation system, housing, and fishing ports.
One of the main alterations is the construction of a rail network crossing the town from the South to the North East. There will be also
a new road linking Lynwich to downtown Bunborough and a train station. The fishing port will be removed to be replaced with a promenade area to raise tourism, as well, two new hotels will be built. Concerning housing, more houses are expected in the North. The beach will not be changed, maintaining the same aspect, but a hotel will be located near.
In conclusion, the proposed model forecasts new economic activities, replacing the current source of income from fishing with tourism. Besides
