You are organising a party and want to invite an old friend who lives in another town. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter -explain why you are organising a party - give directions to the venue - suggest a place for your friend to stay while they are in town
Dear Sasha,
I am writing
this
letter to inform you about my birthday party that I have organized for the next week. I miss you a lot and, want to meet you as soon as possible and, I think it is the best way to see you again. I remember after college we all friends had different fields and, never got the chance to hang up together.
Furthermore
, I would like to tell you the venue of the party that we arranged. We have booked a hotel near the Guilford Mall. The location of the hotel can be found easily as the name of the hotel is Harrison Hot Spring, one of the famous hotels in the town.
Last
but not least, there are many places in our town where you can stay but I would like to suggest some of the most beautiful places that I know. I will recommend to you to stay in Hamilton town where you can make your trip more memorable.
I am looking forward to getting your response.
Yours lovingly,

Task Achievement
To improve your task response, ensure all parts of the prompt are fully developed. While you addressed the main tasks, adding more specific details about the party (the reason for its significance beyond your birthday, any themes or activities planned) would enhance the response.
Coherence & Cohesion
For better coherence and cohesion, transition smoothly between ideas by using a variety of linking words and phrases. While your letter flows well, diversifying your connectors can make the text more engaging.
Coherence & Cohesion
Make sure each paragraph focuses on a single idea and expands on it sufficiently. You've done this to some extent, but expanding your paragraphs with more details or descriptors could strengthen your letter's impact.
