The given bar chart illustrates information concerning the ratio of the heavy adult population in four different countries; Japan, Finland, Australia, and the USA in the years 1980, 1990, and 2000.
Looking at the
overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that overweight adults increased in all the countries.
A cursory glance at the data reveals that the USA was the highest. In the USA people who over the average weight went up rapidly in 1980 and 2000 from 15% to about 30%.
Another eye-catching trend was that Finland's overweight adults ratio a little bit rose during the given period accounting for over 5%, about 10%, and less than 15%, respectively.
Similar to Finland, the percentage of Japan matin the same level in the years 1980 and 1990 at under 5%. After
this
period, in 2000 has slightly grew.
