You are taking a course at a local college. The deadline for your project was last week but you haven't finished it. Write a letter to your lecturer. In your letter introduce yourself explain why you haven't handed in the project yet request more time to do it.
Dear Mr Smith,
I hope you are doing well.
This
is Zari Shamsa, your student at Calgary College. Last
month you defined a project in the field of "Artificial Intelligence and its Applications". Based on the predefined schedule, the last
time to complete and deliver the project was 28th April.
Unfortunately, two days before the deadline,my daughter got sick and we were obliged to hospitalize her. Consequently
, despite my hard work, I could not accomplish the last
step of my program.
So, I am writing this
letter to kindly ask you to give me more time to finish my project; I believe 2 extra days are enough.
Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to receiving good news according to
my request.
Thank you,
Zari ShamsaSubmitted by zari.shamsa40 on
