The graph illustrates the process by which bricks are generated for the architecture industry.
The diagram illustrates the operation of how bricks are made and prepared for sale in the market.
According to
the graph,
it is clear that
there are seven stages of brick production. The process begins with collecting the clay and ends with delivery. Looking at the first procedure, earth from sites is dug up by the digger. The collected mud will be sieved by a metal grid to separate unwanted sizes or materials and
then
the graded clay will be relocated to the next process by the roller machine.
However
,before getting into a mould, the clay will be mixed with sand and water. There are two methods to make bricks, first is to put them in the line-cutting machine that has wire cut to saw them into blocks. The second method is to pour the mixture into a block mould and wait for it to harden before taking it out. Brinks from both methods will be dried by drying oven for one or two days. Afterwards, they will move to the kiln that has two different temperatures which are moderate (200-900 degrees Celsius) and high (870-1300 degrees Celsius) to develop their strength.
Moreover
, The hard bricks now move to a cooling chamber for a couple of days to set their form before stacking together in the packaging process and ready for delivery.
