The pictures illustrate the changes in entrances to a city hospital and surrounding area at two different times (2007 and 2010).
Overall

it is clear that
the city hospital and its ring road remain the same
while
the hospital roadway and city roadway are redesigned.
However
, there are some news facilities set up. The two intersections between the main, the hospital path and the ring path were replaced by roundabouts. The old bus stops located along both sides of the hospital route were demolished
as well as
being built new bus station in the west of the way.
Additionally
, there were new connected paths from the new roundabouts to the bus station. The car park proposal was modified from allowing both staff and the public to park their cars to only the staff was allowed.
Moreover
, the parking for the public was sprung up in the east of the ring road and the size of it was nearly half of the hospital.
