You are having a graduation party next Saturday night. You have invited 50 people to celebrate at an outdoor barbecue evening, which may continue into late into the night. Write a letter to your elderly neighbour. In your letter:  explain what will be happening  offer your apologies in advance  invite her to join the celebration

Dear Mrs. Gaur, I am writing
this
letter to you to inform you about an outdoor barbecue party that I will be hosting next Sunday evening, the 21st of June, in celebration of my graduation.
This
party is expected to have about 50 guests, a majority of whom will be my batchmates and a few other university students. Since
this
party symbolises the milestone many of us have achieved after years of hard work, it is expected to run late into the night and may cause some inconvenience to you in terms of loud noise.
Therefore
, I would like to offer my apologies to you in advance if any
such
trouble arises. We will try to keep it down to ensure minimum disturbance in the night. Having said that, I would
also
like to invite you to be a part of
this
celebration and offer us your blessings for our future endeavours. The barbecue is scheduled to commence at 6 pm. I would be very delighted if you could drop in, even for a short
while
. Your neighbour, Anmol

clarity
Ensure the event date is consistent throughout the letter as it starts saying 'next Saturday night' but then mentions 'next Sunday evening, the 21st of June,' which might confuse the reader.
engagement
Consider including your contact details or suggesting a time when Mrs. Gaur can inform you about her attendance, to enhance the invitation's practicality and politeness.
structure
The letter is well-structured, separating the event details, the apology, and the invitation into clear paragraphs.
tone
It maintains a respectful and warm tone, suitable for the context of writing to an elderly neighbour.
