,the three areas experienced different trends in the time period.

While

education rose gradually,the health,roads and railways fell with some fluctuations. As the graph shows,the percentage spent on health,started at exactly 4.00% in 2000 followed by a moderate increase to just under 7.00%. In 2025, it is expected to be 7.50%. Regarding education, it has experienced a decline in the given period. In 2000, it accounted for 5.00% before witnessing a steady reduction to 4.00% in 2015.

This

figure maintain the same level at 4.00% from 2015 to 2020 and it is predicted that in 2025 it will go down to about 3.90%.As for the percentage spent on roads and railways it was 4.00% in 2000.Afterwards,the trend grew to 4.50% in 2005.

Then

, it plunged to 9.00% in 2010 but climbed to just below 4.00% and 4.00% in 2015 and 2020, respectively. It is suspected that it will decrease to around 3.50% in 2025
