Dear Mrs Shelton,
I am writing
this
letter to introduce my committee and make an invitation to the local Member of Parliament to show up at our event.
My name is Bella, and I am the co-founder and general manager of the local green organization. Currently, there are 159 members on our committee which is aiming to redevelop forests and wetlands in the countryside of our city, Newcastle.
On the first Saturday of the next month, which is the 5th of May, we are going to hold a campaign, which not only involves the introductions of the programs that have been being conducted by our members but Linking Words
also
promotes the awareness of the protection of the environment, at the local hotel.
I would be extremely grateful if the local MP would be able to attend Linking Words
this
conference. If he simply doesn’t have time to take part in Linking Words
this
event, I completely understand as I know how busy he is. Linking Words
However
, if he shows up, I just wonder whether he can make a speech regarding the importance of environmental preservation, which will be one of the highlights of Linking Words
this
event I believe.
I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please let me know whether a local MP will join us on that day.
Yours sincerely,
Bella LiuLinking Words
