Contained in the two máp is information pertaining to changes in the
beachfront
area in Australia from 1950 to the present. Generally speaking, the beachfront
has undergone a visible transition to include different amenities and infrastructure. Additionally
, the lighthouse, dining tables and pavilion have remained untouched.
Beginning with the north-western part of the beachfront
,the playground beneath the road was concerned, it was replaced with a car park. In the void between the car park and pool, the restaurant was built in the west of the beachfront
and the surf club was built beside the new restaurant. The pool was dug deeper than in 1950.
Moving on to the north-eastern of the seashore, in 1950 the road stopped at the car park but the present, road was built to the lighthouse. Along the lighthouse, the new surf club was built.
