You are going on a short course to a training college abroad. It is a college that you have not been to before. Write a letter to the accommodation officer. In your letter: • give details of your course and your arrival/departure date • explain your accommodation needs • ask for information about getting to and from the college

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in connection with a short course at White College in the UK. I have not been to the UK before. I am a painting student and my course is about new methods in watercolour painting. I will arrive at 6 P.M on 13 July and my departure date is 20 July. Because of the contents of my course, I prefer to live in a single-story building and a bedsit room. I prefer to be alone in my room.
This
option helps me to have ample space for my stuff.
furthermore
, I would be short-term here and I do not know about that city.
As a result
of
this
reason, I am fond of a dormitory in a lively and upbeat atmosphere which offers different recreational facilities,
such
as a cinema, pool and shopping centre.
While
I was searching for different courses in
this
college, I could not find a suitable map or directions for having access to
this
place via public transportation. I would appreciate it if you help me with which routes are suitable for getting to and from the college. I am looking forward to receiving your response. Yours faithfully, Ma.ka
