over a period of 3 years starting from 2009 with 20 thousand
in 2009, dramatically increasing to 28 thousand
in 2010 before slightly going down to 22 thousand
in 2011 and 21 thousand
in 2012. Similar to Accountants, Software engineers also
started at 19 thousand
before slightly rising to 20 thousand
