Mrs Fletcher came today to our hospital with severe left lower quadrant pain. The painkillers (naproxen) could not relieve her pain. She has been suffering painful menstruation cycles since 3 years back as well. A transvaginal ultrasound showed a large cyst about 6 cm, likely of endometrial origin. For all these complaints she underwent laparoscopic surgery for more evaluation and net diagnosis.
She did not have any complications after surgery and she had a good progression. After a regular diet toleration and independent urination, she will be discharged. All post-op care was explained to her including Shower permission time, starting to drive, and sexual activity resume.
Her recovery will be monitored by a home health nurse during the first 3 weeks after discharge

I would be grateful if you could visit her within 3 weeks after discharge
and please conduct her management and follow-up.
