Overall
, cinema is the most popular place for both new travellers born in English-speaking nations and those born in Canada
while
new immigrants born in other countries visit the library more often than any other association.
In contrast
, theatre is the least common choice for all three troops. Starting with the popular spots for new expatriates born in English-speaking countries and people born in Canada, cinema accounts for the largest with about 65% and 70% respectively.
In addition
, their second favourite spot is the zoo with 50% and just above 40% each. Regarding the rates of libraries, they are slightly lower than them, sharing 40% or less and the lowest proportion of these two bands of people go to the theatre with below 30%. Turning to the graph for new immigrants born in non-English-speaking countries, the library is the favourite place with approximately 55%, which is followed by the cinema with 50%.
Although
a lower percentage of people visit zoos, it is still an attractive place with just above 30%, which is almost three times as much as theatres.
