In addition
to the forecast between 2030 and 2040.
Overall
,
it is clear that
there is an upward trend in the percentages of citizens in all countries, but the
Philippines
has slightly decreased. Having looked at the line graph more closely, we can see that in 1970, the
Philippines
was the highest at about 31% and
Malaysia
was the second at 30%. After
that is
Thailand
at nearly 20%,
while
Indonesia
had the lowest proportion at nearly 13%. In the next 10 years, all countries had a slight rise and
Malaysia
took the first place at 40%. In 1990 the
Philippines
climbed to the top at nearly 50% and
Indonesia
still had the lowest percentage at 21%. After a decade,
Malaysia
has sharply jumped to 60%
while
the
Philippines
slightly went down around 3%.
On the other hand
, both
Thailand
and
Indonesia
were at similar levels at approximately 30%.
According to
2010,
Indonesia
significantly increased to 40%
while
the
Philippines
slightly dropped to 40%. In 2020, all nations rose and
Malaysia
was still the highest
while
Thailand
was the lowest. In the future, from 2030 to 2040, it is projected that all countries will grow,
Malaysia
will reach the peak at 80% and
Indonesia
will have a substantial increase to 60% and take the second top.
