Have you ever thought of what to do with your first after graduating? In this day and age, there has been a rise in the practice of spending money without planning among youngsters, which has prompted calls for schools to take action to curb the problem. Yet, some argue institutions are not responsible for it. In this essay, I will be evaluating the viewpoints from both sides and make a judgment.
It is sometimes said that traditional educational systems should aim to create well-behaved residents and employees, leaving the individual needs of its students aside. I disagree with this viewpoint because I believe that for a young person to contribute meaningfully to his society, it is vital that we put him in a learning environment that centres around his personal needs.
Many people think that the authority should not allocate taxpayer money to local cultural spaces such as museums, theatres and art festivals as there are more important sectors it could fund. However, I'm inclined to think that it is necessary and will benefit society if the state invests in these cultural amenities.
