Presently, Bunborough has a town setting, with a main road leading to Manchester in the northwest and another to Lynwich in the southwest. The eastern section has a beach in its southern region,

while

its northern section is primarily for accommodation and retail. A fishing port is situated between the housing area and the beach. By 2024, the village of Bunborough is predicted to become more urbanised. More roads will be constructed to

further

connect suburbs with the main road.

Additionally

, a train line will run from the northeastern corner of the map to the central southernmost part.

However

, the infrastructure of the shops and fishing port will remain unchanged but will be renamed as a promenade. Two hotels are forecasted to be built at opposite ends of the seafront,
