At present, we can see that there are eight factories, all of which will be demolished. However
, it appears that the plan is to build seven housings for residents in various places. One will be built at the top of the area
, three will be located in the centre along the road below the river, and the remaining will be built in the southeastern part of the area

It seems that the road will be expanded across the river to the north. There will be one smaller ring road close to the medical centre. Some new buildings such
as shops, medical centre, playground and school will be also
