Robert Snowden is an inspiration for all leaders. As per Robert, there is a divide between people who think that leadership is a natural ability and those who believe that these capabilities can be learned. I personally think that the latter is true. Leadership naturally comes to people who are courageous. All the traits required to be a great leader stem from bravery.
