it is clear that

most of the green space has been cleared out to a more residential and commercial area, and a modern transportation system has been introduced. It is noticeable that a railway has been built from the south of the land to the north over the River Twine.

Furthermore

, the trees in Lenton Woods were cut down and replaced by the Lenton Housing Estate, and the fields to the southeast of the land have been used for the railway and the main station. The coaching inn was converted into a sports centre with a museum extending to the east of it.

, the church was removed and a Westgate shopping centre was added. Towards the southeast, the area of the house was changed into a commercial and residential area. The private house towards the north of the land has been divided into a hotel and the Red Lion
