Some people think students should be encouraged to evaluate their teachers, while others think this may lead to the loss of respect for teachers. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In most universities,
students
are required to evaluate their
teachers
based on the course setting, the teaching style of the
teacher
, and other contents about the course. Some people support that
students
should be encouraged to do
this
.
Nonetheless
, some believe that it is disrespectful. From my perspective, I think that it is meaningful, and
students
should evaluate their
teachers
in a proper manner.
Firstly
, a proper evaluation can be beneficial because it helps the
teacher
to understand whether their teaching style is accepted by most of their
students
. If not,
teachers
can make some positive changes to it to make their class more vivid and lucid.
This
helps not only the
student
to have a better understanding of the course material but
also
the
teacher
.
According to
the
evaluations
,
teachers
know whether there is too much homework for the
student
or not to decrease the stress that the
student
has.
Furthermore
, a
teacher
who reads and is concerned with all the comments and
evaluations
would perform better in cultivating more successful
students
in society.
However
, improper statements written by the
student
have a passive influence on the
teacher
and it is extremely offensive.
Evaluations
that are passive and offensive will show disrespectfulness. It mentally hurt the
teacher
to some extent.
However
, friendly and proper evaluation
evaluations
would not be disrespectful, and the
teacher
tends to like
this
feedback. Totally,
students
should be encouraged to evaluate their tutor in a correct way which would not show disrespect and helped a lot not only to their mentor but
also
to themselves.
