overall
perspective,it is readily apparent that this
process is comprised of 8 main stages including storage of flour in silos and finally
labelling for further
usage.
At the beginning of the process,flour is stored in silos and then
mixed in a container with two different substances: water and oil
.In the third stage,mixed flour with water and oil
is transformed into drought sheets via specialized rollers.Subsequently
,strips are created with the machine for cutting and portioning dough.
In the final stage of the process,ready dough strips are shaped into noodle discs followed by cooking with oil
and drying.After drying and cooking with the usage of oil
, noodles are passed onto the next stage which fit into cups,added vegetables and spices, in order to make a full-bodied taste.Finally
