The line chart provides information about how many foreign people visited three places in a European country from 1987 to 2007, where the landscapes mentioned consist of the coast, mountains, and lakes.
Overall
, one noticeable feature of the data is that the three reveal upward trends over 20 years, even though there was a fluctuation in the population of tourists visiting during the time. Despite remaining steady from 1997 to 2002, the figures for tourists travelling to the lakes revealed a gradual increase till the final. Regarding travellers to the lakes,it peaked at 75,000 in 2002 and
then
dropped by approximately 25,000 in the final.
Conversely
, the public travelling to the coast reached a trough in 1992,standing at around 35,000
as well as
showing a moderate rise in the following year till the end of the timeframe, which climbed to the highest at 75,000. For another place considered, the mountains, it is obvious that the details for the mountain travellers display a slight growth from 20,000 at the start to 35,000 at the
last
time,revealing a plateau during the 5-year period.
