, it is obvious the number of children that a woman gave birth was decreased in 2000 compared to 1990. Furthermore
, Oman and S. Arabia hold the highest rates both in 1990 and 2000.
To begin
with, Bahrain and Kuwait, having similar rates of 3.5 babies for each female (the lowest rate), have seen a drop in 2000 respectively to 2.5 and 2.7. Regarding Qatar and UAE, Qatar declined from 4.2 to 3.5 in 2000 and UAE saw a fall of around 1.4 (from 4.2 to 2.8).
With regards to Omen and S. Arabia, despite the fact that they were frontier in both 1990 and 2000, both of them decreased from 7 to 5.5 (the most decline) and from 6.7 to 5.5.Submitted by h.safaralizade on
