The two maps show the main transformations which are planned to take place in the town of Norbiton in the future. In general, it appears that Norbiton is going to convert from an industrial to a residential area, with far more roads and houses. One interesting change will be the demolition of factories and the erection of new houses in the town.

This

development will even expand beyond the river inside the farmland, which leads to the construction of a bridge across the river. Another striking alteration will be the expansion of new roads following the main square. If we look at the future development map, we can see that introducing different facility buildings is

also

planned and new buildings

such

as a school, shops, a medical centre, and a playground are going to be included in

this

urbanization. A final considerable change will be the making of a new square on the main road just below the old square.

It was a fascinating learning experience during the IIAP learning journey. The cognitive experience was a lifetime learning journey that I will not forget. It involves detail reading, brainstorming, discussion and respecting each others views. Before the discussion, I was not aware that infectious disease can be so impactful to individual, country or even the world. As I had been through in China that all citizens need to follow the government policy during a pandemic. As the course goes on, I had learnt how to do research of the issue through peer discussion and projecting my opinion.

In today's world, many people argue that the government should help retired employees financially in terms of support and healthcare, while others think that the solution to this should be to save a portion of their income for their old age. In my opinion, both can help make a person's life better for their retirement age.

There are several school that put too much focus on school uniforms and the style of their pupils, however, the rest have a low standard about dress code. It lead not only benefits such as disipline and cost-effective but also demerits such as comfort and creativity.
