The given map illustrates the construction plan of a brand-new city. In summary,
this
town
is filled with many settlements and few institutes. First thing
first,
the map is about building a
town
for the community of workers having employment positions in two industries near the city. The
town
is pretty small and all residential houses are going to be constructed around the main square.
While
the bigger accommodations with full capacity are placed far from the
town
's square, the smaller ones are in the centre.
Secondly
, to increase the accessibility of the people
as well as
the factories, three main roads are placed.
Not to mention
, by putting the bus station and parking lot in the Centre of
town
all residents have better access to these roads.
Last
but not least, the planners have provided some spaces called recreational that can be turned into whatever the
town
needs
such
as a park , a school or even a store.
