, The main road will be transformed into the Dual carriageway so the transformation for vehicles and passengers would be easier. First of all, Shopping centres were located on the both North and South sides of the main road. In future developments, these areas are going to be changed to 4 sections on the one side of commercial buildings, which includes the Bus station, and car park.

, new housing and on the other side, the number of mansions next to the shops on the east side of the city will grow .
Secondly
, the Main road will transform into pedestrians only and its remaining will be the Dual carriageway so far. Before the development, there was no path to reach the housing, which was located in the south of the city, but after the next enhancements, the carriageway will be continued across the residential buildings.
