First of all, Shopping centres were located on the both North and South sides of the main road. In future developments, these areas are going to be changed to 4 sections on the one side of commercial buildings, which includes the Bus station, and car park. In addition
, new housing and on the other side, the number of mansions next to the shops on the east side of the city will grow .

, the Main road will transform into pedestrians only and its remaining will be the Dual carriageway so far.
