Good afternoon, dear sir/madam.
My name is Anastassia, I'm the meeting-organize manager in the "Local Products" company. Our
last
meeting took place in your hotel 3 days ago. I have some feedback from the participants, and I'm writing this
letter with the purpose of sharing their opinions with you.
First of all, let me, please, express our admiration for your staff. The hotel was prepared better than we could expect. A lot of variety of gadgets, a huge meeting room, and comfortable tables and chairs.
Moreover
, we had a pretty amazing buffet right in the meeting room. Furthermore
, it was plenty of beverages like fresh lemonade, tea and coffee. Your cleaning team is the best I have ever seen.
But it was a fly in the ointment. We were not delighted with the lunch we had. As you know, Mediterranean cuisine is something very specific, that not everyone likes. There were some of my co-workers, that have stayed starving, because of the sort of dishes.
In conclusion, I want to suggest you to
scrutinize with your clients their preferences in food before you accept their order.
Best regards, sincerely yours.
