WRITING TASK 1 You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Last week you were on a flight to London. Unfortunately, when you got off the plane, you left a bag there. You did not remember about the bag until you got to your hotel. Write a letter to the airline. In your letter explain what has happened describe the bag and its contents say what you would like them to do about this problem You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
Last
week I had a flight to London provided by your airlines. Unfortunately, I forgot my handbag on board, and I mentioned it only when I got to the hotel. I hope we can find a solution to this
accident.
I would like to provide you with the clutch description. It is a black handbag with 2 leashes; one leash is very short and also
black, situated on the top of the bag
,and another one has a form of chain and is made from steel, and has a particular view. Also
, on the outer side of the bag
, there is a peculiar lock with the letters of the brand, the letters are Y, V and S. I need to emphasize the size, it is a small bag
, not bigger than 20 cm for each side. Inside the clutch there were my documents from my country of origin,my credit card and the red lipstick.
What returning options can you suggest? It would be great if your company could send it to my hotel, but receiving it at the airport can be an option as well.
Looking forward to hearing that my bag
is found and safe.
Best Regards,
