Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are doing amazing in your life. I am writing
this
 letter to inform you about the garbage problem we are facing in our area.
Firstly
, In our area, we are having trouble with the mismanagement of the rubbish collectors because they are not collecting the trash from time to time.
However
, they have skipped the trash twice in the
last
 two weeks and I have already written a letter to the local council about the trouble but they have not improved their system.
Furthermore
, these circumstances are giving us a hard time because the garbage in the bins is smelling and getting worse day by day.
Also
, we do have not any other empty bins to put the rest of the trash so It's really getting bad and making our place and the neighbourhood scent poor. We
as well as
 our neighbours are very upset about
this
 kind of behaviour from the workers of rubbish collection. I would like you should take some measures to solve our problem and hire those kinds of staff members who are willing to do their job with honesty and be more responsible toward their work.
