, it is clearly seen that the usage of mobiles and fixed
lines
for national and international calls increased significantly over the period of time mentioned and reached a peak in the
last
year
.
Although
the usage Local - fixed line had fluctuated throughout the years yet , it remained the most used type among all .
Firstly
, just over 70
billion
minutes
were spent on local - fixed
lines
. The
number
continued growing moderately to reach exactly 90
billion
minutes
by the
year
1999 . Afterwards, the figure declined to around 74
billion
minutes
in 2002 .
Secondly
, the National and International call-fixed
lines
scored a figure of just under 40
minutes
in the starting
year
.
Then
, the
number
showed a steady rise over the years by almost 3% annually.In the closing

of calls were recorded. people used mobiles fewer times and only around 6% of
