The diagram below shows the floor plan of a public library 20 years ago and how it looks now. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The pictures above display and compare the layout of Central
Library
20 years ago and its present arrangement.
According to
the sketches, most rooms have been rearranged for new functions , and many new facilities have been added to today's library
. To make the best use of the new library
, I will introduce its basic layout.
When you walk through the entrance, the place once occupied by an enquiry desk has become a cafe. In front of the cafe original adult non-fiction books
have been removed and there has added
an information desk equipped with three self-service machines. If you go through the self-service area, you will see a lecture Add a missing verb
been added
room
.
On the opposite of the lecture room
is a multi-function room
with sofas, where the library
will hold storytelling events. To the south of this
room
, the library
has arranged reference books
to replace original adult fiction books
. Behind these reference books
is a computer room
. Additionally
, all tables and chairs which were at the centre have been cleaned.Submitted by hx88375757 on
